I live an hour away but am willing to travel, because she nailed everything I asked for and the salon in general was a clean, and very welcoming environment!! Laila is the ONLY stylist I’ve worked with who has nailed everything I’ve hoped for, EVERY appointment, perfectly. She has a 6th sense for what someone is looking for- from a wedding to routine touch ups, to color for a bodybuilding show under lights, she always nails the look I want for whatever is coming up. The entire staff is incredibly professional and you can tell they prioritize their clients in every way. I’ve been a client of Laila's for a few years, and more recently, saw her post reopening from COVID shut downs and can’t say enough about what the staff has done to maintain client safety, while also maintaining an atmosphere that is genuinely pleasant to be in. I can’t imagine that’s an easy task right now, but this team routinely kills it.

The stylist I’d been with for years decided to retire. A friend recommended going to Primp, specifically Sarah. Sarah is a very warm, professional and talented hair stylist. I wear my hair in a bob. She listened to my concerns when I started going to her in the fall. Now, three months later, I feel as though she’s been cutting my hair for years. The whole experience is totally comfortable and during this time of Covid, I appreciate her attention to health and safety.
